The Urban Development Corporation (SAU-MSI) has adapted its activities, as project manager (blue triangles) or as facilitator (white triangles), to suit the requirements at each site. These have included the restoration of historic buildings and the appointment of an operator (Hippodrome); the sale of land for the construction of a major hospital complex (Delta); the purchase of a site, clean-up work and the preparation of a draft master plan (Josaphat); the coordination of public and private partners (Canal); and so on.

    The Urban Development Corporation (SAU-MSI) has made a start on restoring the remarkable historic buildings at the former race course, which serves as a gateway to the Sonian forest, and appointed an operator to develop the site as a recreational green space for family use.
